This five-week series every other Saturday is being held in gratitude. Each session is unique, come to one or come to all! The intention of these gatherings is to explore consciousness shifting. While celebrating in community, honoring the individual and the unique way we all arrive. The catalyst for transformation will be Shamanic sound healing, breathwork, and some gentle movement in ceremony.

Session One - September 11
Choosing Our True Nature: We are nature! A "love vibration" is our true nature. Gratitude and feeling states of love are the resonant frequency of the heart. In this gathering, we will explore our body’s, while entering into deep states of gratitude and love. The catalyst to bring us there will be a shamanic journey into the body, as we consciously breathe with gentle movements.
Session Two - September 25 (this will be a slightly longer session to allow for emotional processing 6:30 pm-9 pm):
Fear and Limited Beliefs: Fear, what is it good for? Let's dive deep into the unconscious body, for an unraveling of lifetimes of limiting beliefs. Grieving may be part of this process. Great care will be taken with that in mind. This is real work. Activating the parasympathetic nervous system coupled with radical forgiveness is at the root of this transformative work.
Session Three - October 9
Taking the Leap: Yes Bliss, Yes love!! Unity consciousness is a very intelligent, compassionate, and sustainable paradigm. We are all experiencing awakening moments of oneness from time to time, leading us to a new way of being. The 5th dimension is the destination. We will all arrive in a very unique way.
Session Four - October 23
Star Beings and Ancestral Knowledge: Are we children of star beings? Can we jump evolutionary timelines and collectively shift into our true nature? What's DNA got to do with it? It's vibrational Y'all! In this unique angelic ceremony, we humbly request for the highest vibrational frequencies to flow into a cauldron of ancestral star being soup.
Session Five - November 6
Living in Two Paradigms: Can we consciously operate in 3D, 4D, and 5D and beyond at the same time? Is it possible to be enlightened beings, while simultaneously being imperfect humans? There is no one way. We need each other more than ever. Let's cultivate community support with A deep inner knowing and truth that supersedes the dialog of the day. Bring your voice!

What is “Lucid Meditation”
Hansen has been developing the Lucid Meditation over 100 sound journeys. He has worked with renowned meditation instructors, Mayan Wisdom keepers, and Yoga Nidra facilitators. This meditation is designed to work with the breath and create relaxation in the body, peace in the soul, a deeper connection to sound, and positive visualization in the mind.
What are lucid dreaming herbs?
Mugwort will be offered in a tincture. This powerful herb has the ability to make dreams longer, clearer, more vivid and pronounced. When combined with the “Lucid Meditation” participants may have an increased visual experience. Enhanced dreams the night of the event is also a possibility.
What to bring
Anything to aid in your comfort while laying on the floor during the event.

"Not knowing what to expect I entered the space at La Paz and got comfortable.
What followed was out of myself and out of this world.
Starting with a full dose of cacao, I got comfortable and followed the guided meditation to a state of relaxation and openness.
The sound delivered by Mr. Root Flute, from his self-made, multi-instrumented station, was phenomenal. It filled my being and carried me off and away. The skill of Daniel's performance is phenomenal.

The colors of my life are seen in the New Mexico skies. Everyday I am greeted by the morning sun rising over the Taos Mountains and each night the sun sets in the west ending the day with incredible light and beauty. I am so very grateful for the beauty and spirit of where I live.
My love for my gongs and their magic have become a necessary element to my life not only as a person, but as an Artist. Their music is now a part of who I am and what I do.
play them (gongs) every morning, always intrigued by the new sounds that I hear as I make friends with these incredible healing instruments.
It was because of my own search for healing as I fought cancer that the gongs came to me. I connected with them from very first sound.
I recognized the sound of the gong as if it were an old friend.
The gongs helped my mind to relax and so that my body could accept the healing from these vibrational sounds. I found myself to be much calmer as I had to move through the stress of Doctors and hospitals. The gongs truly helped me to stay focused on my journey of healing.
As a result, the gongs became my medicine to absorb and now it is my medicine to share. I begin my meditations with a 3000 year old Japanese prayer that I was told raises the spiritual vibration in a room. The gongs follow this prayer allowing for the Alchemy of Sound.

Special guest, New Mexico intuitive musician Jim Ballard, will present a “Healing Sound Celebration” on the Autumn Equinox. This event uses sound as the vehicle for the arrival of healing from our Souls and High Selves and for celebrating who we truly are.
Following an introduction there will be a silent meditation, accompanied by music, attuning us to the Equinox energies.
Jim will then channel music for you individually, directed by your Soul and High Self. You may have the music address particular issues or allow your Soul and High Self to provide what you need. Feel free to sit, move or lie on the floor while your music is played. There will be a brief silent break at the mid-point.
Following this will be a silent meditation, accompanied by music, focused on the spirit of harvest and release for us personally, ending with our prayerful intentions for the same for our world.
We will close with a foot-stomping chant to get us grounded and ready to safely drive home!
