Mindfulness Weekend Retreat w/ Alana Grier

We will focus on evidence based stress reduction approaches including Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program by Jon Kabat- Zinn. Students also explore the origins of Mindfulness practices in ancient Yogic texts. 

Learn Mindfulness techniques to reduce anxiety and feelings of panic, manage chronic pain and other conditions, and improve overall quality of life and relationships. Within these ten hours, we will become comfortable with basic mindfulness exercises regularly taught in MBSR.

Yoga Teacher can receive CEU's for taking this course.

RYT 200 Hour Dhvani Yoga Teacher Training w/ Alana Grier - 12 weekends January 6th-June 23rd

Escape to Taos, NM and develop a deep and rewarding life long practice of Yoga! Over 6 months, we will meet every other weekend for 12 weekend workshops that take place on Saturdays and Sundays from 11-6 at High Frequency Loft. Join us for individual workshops or the full 200 hour teacher training.

This unique Yoga Alliance Approved RYS 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is not only for teachers! Students hoping to gain a deeper understanding of Yoga and establish an individualized practice, are encouraged to join. This program offers a well rounded knowledge base for interested Yoga practitioners and instructors to develop a fulfilling life long practice.

Each weekend workshop provides 15 hour certificates for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits YACEC’s for established YA Instructors needing CEU’s/CEC’s.

The 200 Hour Dhvani YTT has a focus on Nada Yoga, using sound and music to aid in meditation. This program was developed by School Director and Lead Trainer, Alana Grier to provide interested students of Yoga with a supportive space to individualize their practice and deepen their understanding of the system of Yoga.

The goal is to produce Yoga Instructors who are confident in their understanding of Yoga and their ability to instruct: Asana, Pranayama, Raja, 8 Limbs, Mantra, Nada and Meditation.
