Qigong

Qigong

Saturday April 24th, 12pm MST

The Chinese believe that disease is mainly caused by energy stagnation or blockages in the body. A full Qigong class will normally consist of various Warm ups, Cleansing (clearing stagnant or toxic energy), Recharge, Circulation(sending chi where its needed), and Dispersing ( to ensure no stagnant areas remain in the body). The students will learn how to move chi throughout the body, from areas of excess to areas where its depleted, and allowing areas where it may have become stagnant to flow again. The natural balance of energy that results will improve physical vitality and calm the mind. In this empowering self-care class experientially learn to clear your energy field, improve oxygen absorption, increase clarity and centeredness, as well as regulate & build your Qi (life force energy, pronounced “chee”) and balanced boundaries through Qi Gong, Meditation and Breath work.
