Whether you do 8 or 108, you are invited to participate! Be sure to arrive on time—we’ll go over modifications to perfectly adapt the practice for everyone! Even those who wish to simply sit and meditate on the mantras to the Sun, which will be played during the practice. The practice will conclude with a full guided deep relaxation, so bring your blanket, and eye pillows!
