Infant & Child Massage Workshop

Kim will be demonstrating the fundamentals of infant and child massage through live instruction. You will learn hands-on techniques, massage strokes, infant cues, and the many benefits of infant and child massage which promote health, wellness, attachment, and parental confidence.

Kimberly Talachy has supported children and families in NM for over 16 years. Her background includes home visiting, early intervention, case management, teen leadership, childcare, curriculum development, and facilitation of groups, classes, and trainings. She is a member of the NM Doula Association, NM Breastfeeding Taskforce, was a chair for the Rio Arriba Chapter, and most recently awarded as one of  NM’s Healthcare Champion's of 2024.

Kim has a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Sciences from New Mexico State University. She is certified as a Full Spectrum Doula, Lactation Counselor, Infant Massage Instructor, Developmental Specialist II, Parent Educator, and Placenta Encapsulation Specialist. Kim also has a private practice, One Heart Doula Services, LLC. Yeah it’s
