Release stress, energize & love your body in this fun & playful class. Wear your baby, bring your kiddos for this fun chance to move & groove your whole body with the whole fam! Yes, dad’s welcome too. We will do yoga, movement & strength training focusing on the core & pelvic floor. Great for prenatal or postpartum mamas alike. Kids are invited to participate at whatever level they choose. Even if you don’t have kids you are welcome to join with the understanding that you’re gonna get a great workout in an environment of playful organized chaos.
