In this class you will discover the very fundamentals original Kundalini Yoga as
it has been thaught in India for thousands of years.. 
You will learn to revitalize and strengthen your whole being in a safe 
and effective way. This class is working your whole body from head to toe 
and will help to release energy blockages in the Nadisystem to let 
the energy flow again.
