We hold a dance weekly with various facilitators & DJs. Connect with the cosmos through the freedom of movement, as we dance our intentions into life. Free form dance expression gives us a chance to connect to ourselves. Deep cosmic activations are possible when we bring to light what we want and let go of what stands in our way. Gather with community in the sacred vortex of Taos, a land rich with prayer & tradition, as we embark on a journey of liberation, surrender, alignment, and celebration.

In this class, we'll explore the hero's journey (or fool's journey) through the major arcana. All levels are welcome and beginners are encouraged to attend! The Hero’s Journey (or Fool’s Journey) is a metaphor for the journey through our lives. Each major arcana card stands for a stage of that journey, as well as an experience we are invited to incorporate on our path to wholeness.
Come prepared for an afternoon of learning and journaling as we study the structure and archetypes of the major arcana.
We will be focusing on the Rider Waite-Smith (RWS) tarot system and if you don’t have a deck, no problem because we'll have extras you can use.

WHAT IS THE EQUINOX?
The word Equinox is derived from Latin, which means “equal night.” When the sun passes over the equator on the equinox, the length of day and night are said to be approximately equal. This means that there will be approximately 12 daylight hours and 12 hours of darkness on both the vernal equinox and the autumnal equinox.
The Spring Equinox is a day to celebrate the revival of life after a long cold winter. Our focus shifts from internal to external, from preparation to action. This is a time of renewal and rebirth.
During this Ceremony we will release the last remnants of the old ways of thinking and plant new seeds for living as conscious co-creators of our reality.

I would love for join me for the next women's moon circle on at The High Frequency Loft. We will gather together to open our hearts and hold space for one another.
The evening will start out with a crystal bowl sound healing to help us ground deeper into the earth, moving through to the Shamanic journey where the drum will stimulate the brain to help synthesize natural beta-endorphins, which facilitate you to move into what is known as the 'second attention', an altered state of awareness, or shamanic state of consciousness. This state of awareness facilitates the Shamanic Journey. The constant drumming will be used for the purpose of inducing a range of ecstatic trance states in order to connect with the spiritual dimension of reality. I invite you to share your journey before we move on to setting our intentions with the energy of the new moon still high. Closing our circle with yoga nidra to send you out into the world relaxed and fully emobodied

A bi-weekly gathering for 12 year old girls to promote sisterhood & empowerment, physical, psychological, spiritual well being & self love through self care. This is a safe, fun, inspirational space for navigating the changes from childhood to womanhood while deepening into a support network with other young women under the gentle guidance of big sisters & aunties who will share their wisdom, gifts & tools. There will be different guest speakers each week to give the girls various flavors of role models; all women walking their empowered path.

“Honu a’la” ~ The Turtle’s Way

In Honuala Dance Circle we will honor the path of the turtle. Everyone who attends will be encouraged to participate in their own way, and at their own pace. We will come together to celebrate the spirit of serenity and joy. Sometimes all we need is a simple positive reset to help us remember how to lead from the heart. These songs and dances are based on the idea of living in beauty. They have the unique ability to bring people closer, while allowing walls to fall away. Plus, they’re fun! Honuala Dances are gentle, non-religious, meditative movement that requires no skill or previous experience. Come explore a new way of shedding stress and casting off the burden of the world.
